i've just got back from the buying summit in vegas this last weekend, and it was pretty awesome. my absolute favorite part was being surrounded by people that all believe in this the way i do, and want to make it happen. hell a lot of them were making it happen!

wholesaling or buy and hold

I have most of my TEAM assembled. I have a Title person, a real Estates Agent, A credit counselor, My banit signs are up Fliers are out and I have been upddating my ads on craigslist. I have been reading from many about wholesaling, and assigning, adn that seem to be what I am going to start with. I am looking for people that might want properties in So. Cal. San Diego Area particularly. My biggest problem has been that I have seen all the videos with people buying homes for $30,000 & $50,000 and they were looking GREAT!!!!! WOW! a person here in San Diego for that price you have to do some real reno. Many look like they came ow I know that they aren't the "BEST deals",

Finally I know how to contribute to my blog. Boy this stuff can be frustrating at times.

Anyway, today I found a great deal, this is my second great deal that I came across this month, but I was too late in responding both times because of being uncertain and I lost both deals. Someone else got the deal.

But that's OK, I learned something ....

There are deals here in my area in Canada and they can be found. I am getting excited about what the future holds although I didn't make my first deal yet.....

It's just around the corner and I can smell it.

i messed up bad!!!

I saw this property about three four weeks ago and i called a meeting on it about three four weeks ago. When I told the couple about buying and selling their property is what I do, they didn't care. So I told them to meet the next day to sign some papers and they had a change of heart. They wanted to do it thme self. They told their friends are going to buy the property the next week. The property also has a lien on it. A two weeks later I called again o see if i can proceed with putting heir property on contract. The said how about a verbal agreement. I said no. I told them I will call next week. As I was working on building my buyers list, I posted out on classifieds describing this property and i got three calls already.
