We just realized we had the buyer's lease this whole time. Bought the stamps and ready to send out letters and cards. Also, a friend of ours is selling and after he told us about his housing woes, we gave him a card and asked him to give us a try and we are giving this a go.

Day 16

I have id a few properties pre foreclosures that i will be going after the rest of this week and see what I can do.
little shaky in my boots but tackle it from all sides
with the iee strategy assignment strategy and maybe see if I would be able to do a few lease options also

GOALS:
Still reading and learning every hour on the hour.
Putting 24 bandit signs up this week
will call all renter ads
will search all pre-foreclosure and reo listings today and everyday.
place more ads

have to send out:
realtor letters
mortgage letter
rei letter
find a real estate attorny
call asset managers
find private money
clean up my credit

very excited, very excited

Today

I'm at a stand still today, I spent almost all day yesterday looking on line for a deal and came up with nothing. So far today, hasn't been very productive...

Upset

My realtor claims she can't see the buyers list and keeps giving me the cash sold list. Dean talks about buyers list and I can't find the answer I need to want to continue. I don't understand much of it and it is frustrating me to no end. The list I got was from the county assessment page and but I don't know how to see all the properties that these buyers are buying. I don't know what to do!!!!!!!!!!!

Frusturation

Just upset because we want to do this and still have no clue.

Meeting with a real estate agent tomorrow morning for the first time

I called an agent last week about a home I drove by that looked like a good deal to make an offer on. This agent had a home for sale down the street. I called 4 agents who had homes for sale in the area and I have been in contact with this particular agent since. He told me he nows about assigning contracts and has done it before. Tomorrow I will be meeting him and looking at 2-3 homes, that have potential to make 20-25k profit. Hopefully tomorrow we can discus putting in offers and adding my contingencies. And I hope to put in offers tomorrow evening after looking at some homes. Hopefully this agent works out or else I will have to start the process again to find an agent.
