WOW! My husband and I went to the Buying Summit not expecting to walk away with anything but great education. On my! We absolutely did and more. We bought our first rental with "positive cash flow" and a tax lein and an LLC. Can't believe we have been able to finally start our retirement funding!

The education was phenomenal! We learned so much I had to take Monday off to soak it all in.

We are currently getting the envelopes ready to be mailed out this morning. Printed the labels, return labels and have the cards ready to go. Letters have to be printed and we are on our way. The anticipation of getting a response. Still have to figure out how to post a ghost ad though, so, still working on that part. M U S T KEEP IT MOVING and that's what we are both doing. Wish up luck!!! YAY

I'm look for private financing to buy a 2000 sq. ft. home in So. Nevada price is $45,000, in new condition. Will pay for a 15 yr. mortgage at the going % rate. I want to move back to Nevada and rent my house in Longview, Washington. If anyone can help please answer asp. BOB

I am so anxious because this is so out of my comfort zone 100%. I keep thinking what if this goes wrong, what do I say, and wow, i'm really going to do this. I will be mailing my letter out tomorrow and phew...this is alot for me because I talk a lot and then when it comes to stuff like this I tense up...well that's it for now.
