The bathroom cabinets and vanities certainly play a solution role giving you storage facility for all of the clutter that a bathroom can easily have them. With men's grooming nearly as huge an industry as female beauty, it's little wonder that men now need shelves and cupboards to hold the ever escalating collection of products which they now use. Gone are the days when all men used were a bar of soap.

Checked out a LEGAL NOTICE in the newspaper today about a foreclosed property near my house. Driving by the address in the notice I spotted a car in the drive and two ladies sitting outside under the car port. I stopped to talk with them about the foreclosure status of the house. They told me that the ex-wife no longer wanted the house and just quit paying on it and walked away. The ex-husband along with other relatives planned to catchup on the back payments and buy back the property. I was so glad to find this out because I learned two valuable lessons:

Lesson 1: I didn't waste 2-3 weeks waiting for the property sale to be auctioned on the court house steps. No prolonged anticipation, no cancelled auction frustrations, no research aggravation.... time saved.

I attended a class last week and learned something that I never thought of... Why is rental real estate so good to have in your portfolio? Well, I'll tell you, it’s because rents almost never go down. Property values may go up and down, but rents grow steadily. This is one way to always boost your income.

I have been watching the Deans weekly wisdom and I wanted to know how does one go about creating a buyers list, and what are bandit signs, and the 25 to 1 strategy?? I am looking to get my 1st deal done and I am in need of assistance.

Today I began my real estate investing career. Today I made my first offer. I used the formula I learned in the book 30 Days to Real Estate Cash. I made an offer on a single family house. The house needs some repairs.

I Made an offer . The offer was low. I wanted to earned the highest possible commission.

This is my first time to ever blog. I really don't know what or how to do but I have a problem. Every time I try to print a form,, script or fliers a crash note appears on my computer and I am not able to print them. Is there some other way I can get these things, because I am trying to fill my buckets, and have great expection that I will need an assignment of contract soon. If some one could Fax me these copies, I will get the FAX NO. to you
