Tough Summer

I was already to go but the other job got in the way.
I am trying to work a schedule so I can really get my REI system up and running and making deals.
Didn't think it would be as tough as it is but I am trying do not get down on it. It is what I want to do and I will get myself going.

I just started reading the book 30 days to real estate cash( i am half way through it in just one day)and will start gain the edge program when done reading the book. The more i read the better i feel about the DG family and programs can't wait to do my first deal.

Finding Realestate owned properties

Where do i go to find reos from banks or in other words who do i talk to from the bank about reos

All of This Time Thinking

that my agent was putting out my offers and I have been putting out many. I'm finding that she was waiting to see if I wanted to work with her or just getting to know if I am serious and not going to waste her time.

I had to go through H3LL and high waters just to get my offers submitted, which I still don't know if they have been submitted as of yet. Although, I have a Proof of Funds Letter, not good enough. Also had to go to my bank and provide proof of $1,000 EARNEST MONEY.

Mind you, I did scan and fax a copy of my blank check to her with my signiture with earnest money next to my name. I hope this will get things started. Still unsure why she needed that as well as the POF. We'll see what transpires from this.

Finding the value of appartments

I have a seller that has 9 apartments for sell. There are not a lot of appartments in this town and none that have been sold in several years. How can you get a FMV on these appartments? Also I have mentioned to a couple of buyers that I may have some appartments to offer them and a couple are interested. Sould I determine the value then make offer and get on contract then pass on to a buyer or should I just pass on to the buyer for a finders fee and let them negotiate the deal with the seller.

REO Properties

Hello everyone,when dealing with a REO properties,how would I structure a deal with a land trust and or LLC.I have a LLC,i am not willing to assign my LLC to another invester.what will be a good way to work out deal.
