The house is done and it looks great - there is nothing on the market for this price with all the bells and whistles. We have had a lot of activity on it....but no offers yet. My next deal will definately be a wholesale deal from the auction -

A Seller Countered My Offer
August 23rd, 2012 | posted by Romaluv22Finally, I'm getting some feed back, A seller countered my offer and I'm still am working on how all of this plays out. I spoke with my coaches and got some valuable advice.
I got my agent to get me the FMV, I subtracted the repairs, all other costs, not to mention my profit and I am coming up with my MOA. Of course, leaving some skin on the bone.
I am confident that something will prevail here soon. Today I've put out five to eight offers out in different areas where my cash buyers are investing in, hoping to hear from my agent later today if there's been any accepted.

LATE start, or What ?

pages, put it away. A few months later, more "red eye"
TV, Dean AGAIN, a NEW book, COOL! I'll take it. Read a bit of it, then put it SAFELY away with the first one. Well, now I have "30DAYS to..CASH" and I am resolved to TAKE ACTION !! My 1st action is THIS BLOG and a commitment to post frequently during the next 30 days
as I work through the book and complete my first deal. I know that the DG family will encourage me and help "keep my feet to the fire" as I make this commitment. HOOYA!! Thanks to all.
Real Estate Agent Said No

Lost a real estate agent after she had me sign an exclusivity contract. Her loss. Interviewed three great agents and trying to find a way to fit all three into my power team. On the phone with my upline to a coffee venture that I am involved in. I have been devoting so much time to real estate and see the possibilities so much more that I no longer push coffee.
One agent can take a short sale property we were very interested in and knock 30k off and stop the short sale. Huge.
Another agent is a giant in this area and wants to work with us.
The final agent is a finance wiz. Super energy. And can compute alot of the financial info.
No time. Fam ready to eat. So excited

Bandit Signs
