I have had my ghost ads up for 2 days now and buyers are calling like crazy! I feel fantastic and a little overwhelmed at how great these strategies really work. Thanks Dean and everyone at the success academy, withoutyour help this would have never been possible for me.

There was a shooting here in College Station, TX today...just one block off the campus of Texas A&M University...all because the shooter was about to be evicted from his home. He shot the constable and several others. Three people have died, including the shooter himself. If he only knew or realized that he had other options...all the more reason to get going in REI so as to inform people that, yes, there are other options open to them. So sad, never thought something like this could happen in this town.

i think i pressed smthng in my last blog entry oh well w/laptops it's easy to do tht at right they say i should get a mac i prob will. well as I said in my last blog picking up fr there i got to the point of making a bunch of offers here in san diego and getting several 7 prop's under contract but couldn t close them for x reason, not enough buyers on my list short end of it i wasnt following the blueprint like dean & matt say.

well I take a break for a couple of mo's and now am back at it i have started making offers again w/a vengeance here in san diego and i am sure to get smthng soon and i havve 5 byers on my list and 2 contractors and am wrkng on the rest of my team. here we go! loved your blog today dean it was fantabulous.

I had no idea that a DGer that I had met only through building my buyer list would be the one coming to my rescue. To make a long story short. After an all weekend MNREIA Summit with Ron LeGrand, Robyn Thompson, and Eddie Speed, I'd come home after a long weekend and received emails stating that I was referred by one of my Agents that a gentleman needed me to assist him with Owner Financing.

Mind you, I had just left an all weekend event, learned all about different strategies, and thought I had it down to a science. Unbeknownst to me, I arrive home to find out that my agent referred me, yes, I told him that I could help people with creative financing that he comes across.
