This week marked the first official start to our real estate business. After months of planning my partner and I finally had our business plan drafted and signed. As of today we've ordered signs and mailing lists. About a month ago we finally found a good investor friendly realtor after searching for a few weeks and she's helped us establish an extensive buyers list. We dedicated ourselves to just contacting 10 realtors per day until we found one that felt right. We were blessed to stumble on REI at a young age and after a few years of studying and reading everything we could get our eyes on (paralysis of analysis) we felt lead to go ahead and take major action on what we've learned.

Wow! I love Dean's enthusiasm and I believe he has some great ideas that work. I cannot wait to finish reading the book and put his methods to work for me.

Idea before you buy

I am about to put my ghost ads up and build my buyers list! I feel my new life coming strong and fast, Dean and everyone else here has helped me out so much lately with the fear and other negative thoughts i have been having. I must say that without the success academy and Deans video blogs i would be right back to my old life. I have let God guide me to that first night i saw dean on tv and I can't thank him enough for leading me to all of these wonderful people.God bless you Dean, I know that I would not be able to do this without all of your suppourt
