REO Agents are the best

Hi DG's fan:
Thats right, they are the best. I have found that when you are straight up with these folks they want to help more and more in your RE endeavors.
There are folks who want to get homes at ridiculous cents on the dollars, hey folks reo agents are the foot soldiers. Who knows the area better then them.
Always remember that the banks are paying them, not us so don't be afraid to go in there and give a strong offer price, because its about getting it accepted, not a bid war.

"30 days to Real Estate Cash"

Good morning all,

This is my first post and I just wanted to know if there is anyone else out there who has begun ready Dean's new book. I just received my copy a few days ago and am looking to hit the ground running. I want to see if there are any others out there who have begun taking the steps in the book and see how you progress is coming along. I'm working on breaking my phlegmatic habit of procrastinating and am looking for any and all motivation to step in the drivers seat and put the pedal to the medal.

Hope you all are doing well out there and hope to hear from you soon.
