Hey Everyone - I'm new at this and I really need your help. I have made an offer on a listing and the seller wants it to be a package deal. It consists of (3) properties already rented (Section . Per Dean's instructions and after doing my due diligence I offered to give the full asking price in exchange for No Money Down. What would be the proper exit strategy for a deal like this. This would be my 1st deal and the agent seems willing to give me more wholesale deals if I can pull this deal off. Please help - I'm all ears!!

I'm so glad to have all of you and your experiences as a resource. I could really use your assistance right now.

I'd love to hear your amazing success stories about how you got over the fear of doing your first sale. I've gotten all the training I needed from Dean's advanced classes. I've read Dean's books. I pretty much know exactly how to do a deal now-and if I have a question, I know exactly where to get the answers. I've ordered signs and have even written them up. I've also started my own LLC and bought a phone line especially for the business.

Some of us never fully experience life. I feel that way some times. It gets me thinking, am I really doing what I want to be doing, or am I just one of those people who really believes they are doing something they really want to be doing, and are not really doing anything but what everyone else is doing!

I'm talking about the storm of my life!Where strong wind blow,with rain often times snow flow. Many strong attack with violent blow, Oh i wish this would go!
