I attended DEAN's Event in my City of Minneapolis this morning. I learned a lot about Foreclosures and Liens, among other things. Although, I am enrolled in the SUCCESS ACADEMY, I haven't reached the Foreclosure and Lien Courses as of yet, however, once I do I strongly believe that I will be prepared.

I meet with another agent tomorrow morning. I burnt my other agent out. LOL,, I'm learning...At least, he did have this company call me, and the gave me three angents that are investor friendly. RE/MAX, COLDWELL BANKERS BARNETT, and KELLER WILLIAMS.

Now, I have an agent for each ZIP CODE that I want to invest in. All of these Agents, Brokers and orhers use them to market through. How cool is that? Marketers calling me, just to find me investor friendly agents to work with me.

I HAVE A SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE IN WOODLAND PARK NEW JERSEY THAT HAS 3 BEDROOMS 2 FULL BATHROOMS. ITS IN A GREAT AREA TOO. IT HAS A LOT OF EQUITY IN IT.. AT LEAST 50,000.PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP IF YOUR INTERESTED..PM me..I LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM ANYONE WHO'S INTERESTED!

It has been some time since i posted on my blog. We are doing well. No sales yet but we now have posession of 2 Properties in AZ on Leans & Deeds. We now are the owner of these 2 properties free and clear. We will be putting them up for sale soon. One is a piece of land ready for development and one is a land with a commercial property on it. The property is currently occupied by some renters. My husband is going to work with a real estate agent in that area.

We have also signed up for a class on Property inspection in MN. We will be doing that Late next week Friday and Saturday.

Well, it is week ending July 13th. Is it the bad superstitious 13th? I believe not. I just met with my old time friend who was a former REA. He is going to introduce to me some of his contacts that buy and flip houses here in the Vegas valley. But first my family and I are going to AZ for a little R&R so to speak. Just for a few days, but when we get back to town. Got my 2nd phone conversation with my mentor from Dean's Academy. And hope fully get in touch with the REA too, that day. If there is enough time that day. Now is the the time for us to take some action of this knowledge that I have acquired over the past couple months.

Starting our solid foundation, for us(my wife and I)to start staking some blocks onto it ever so proudly.
