MY FIRST MNREI ASSOCIATION MEETING

And I thought CASH FLOW 101 was awesome! Last night I attended my first MNREI MEETING here in Minneapolis, I ran into Joe Pepka, The founder of CASH FLOW 101. He was great. I met the founder of MNREI, Mike Jacka. Mike's club was referred to me through networking from a gentleman whom I had met through social networking.

I didn't know it would to my benefit to meet so many like-minded people. Being that I'm around so many naysayers. I love social networking. If it were not for the Success Academy, I would feel like I was in this alone. I'm going to partner with other wholesalers from the Association.

180 Days on the MLS

Hey Roy, you always tell me that I should look for things that are old on the MLS. Why? The reason is simple. You are more apt to find an owner who will sell at a steep discount when his/her property has been for sale for a long time. When things are new on the MLS the owner has a different mindset even if his property is in terrible shape.

When things have been on the MLS for six months there is a trove of properties to look at for our needs. There are many hidden gems that no one has looked at in a long time. The price has often been dropped. The property is often vacant and the condition of the property is often in need of rehab. The motivation of the owner is high to get the prperty sold.

I'm going to try the 25-1 strategy

Lately I've been beating myself up for not accomplishing my goal to at least have one deal under my belt by now. I feel that I'm missing something; "What is it" I ask myself?

I'll try the 25-1 strategy finally, now that I have (another) agent who us has owned 25 properties and flipped for many years, so he says, He sorted out my areas/criteria for me that I am investing in.

I have access to this Market Insider he connected me to, and it gives me All Characteristics and Demographics and so much more, I've watched THE EDGE 11 a few times over, maybe I can pick up some pointers.

How do I purchase the Rock Bottom Blueprint Training

I have read so much about this training, but have not found where to purchase the training. How do I get this? Thanks
