Can I use my standard realestate contract instead of an assignment contract and just fill it with contegencies like may assign to another buyer. Do I still need a title company? What do I actually need to make my first deal. I'm sure this has been asked before but I never relly got a firm answer. I also posted a blog about a week ago which only the DG team responded to. I'm new at blogging and am not sure how to get answers to my questions.

On June 19th I went to the free Seminar that I saw on TV. I learned alot but did not sign up. I felt empowered with what I learned. I knew that I was going to do this one way or another.

I received a call from Larry a few days later and signed
up. I know this time it will work and I will keep everyone posted on my progress.

Finally, I have an agent that is working with me. Finding the right one is not easy. Some just don't get it! Bill just recovered from a Trippple Heart By-Pass, he called me last week and stated that he just sold a property last Saturday and that he is driving again. Every since then he has been assisting me.

I haven't bothered him for a while, just was awaiting his recovery, had no idea he be back to work so soon. We are working together daily. I made an offer on a property, as soon as I made that offer he landed himself back into the RE again. It was only his BP he claims. HOwever he is still up and running.

By the way, I lost out on the offer. The offers started rolling in when he went back to the ER.
