The message was so logical that you have to get emotional about it. It makes perfect sense to be in Real Estate at its bottom and out of gold at its top. All I need is some direction, which I think Dean can provide. I have been thinking about it for years, the time to act is now.

Watching Deans weekly blog quickly reminded me of how significant it is to remove emotion from the decision making process.By removing the fear factor in many of the choices we make, while attempting success,we can overcome many of our self-imposed, self limiting bad habits that we alone create!Always be quick to rally around and positively support friends and family!

In the last two year, I have spend a lot of money on another real estate program and did not gain any real tools to apply. I have learn how to use the internet to find real information about properties all over the country. I am learning to calculate numbers on properties and I have talk with real people to work with in helping me to buy properties. I have Dean's program and it has made a world of difference for me and my family's future. It is very hard for me not to be emotional about buying property because it impacts my family tremendously and learning the ins and outs makes me more confident to take this one.

Dean, thanks for everything and making a difference in my life.

HAPPY FRIDAY, MAY 25TH AND MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND! As some of you know I hae been getting involved with purchaing a positive cash flowing Luxury Vacation Property, with 3 Stories/9bdrms + 12 Full & 3 Half Baths. It is Beyond Beautiful I am backing what will be a Wellness Center which will combine with this magnificent property.

First let me say that if any of you are interested in knowing what I know about doing SFRs in the Island, or other aspects of business or property purchases for busines on the Islands, please contact me FIRST> I am NOT an expert - YET. But I know a lot that will keep you way out of trouble.

I have been trying so hard to do this the right way so I get ahead fast. I am afraid that I lost sight of the fact that fast does not mean right.
I have been spending 6 to 8 hours a day studying all the tips and hints thinking that I will learn enough that way.
Today I wrote a letter to our son in South Dakota. I was telling him what I want to do and how I need to do it. While I was writing to him, I realized that I did not need to keep studying to do this, just do what I have already learned. If I make a mistake, than I know what not to do next time and have moved a step ahead.
