Wow,
we have looked at almost 30 properties in the last 2 weeks and now the choices. Do we wholesale? do we flip? Is it too early in our strategy to buy and hold? Hmmm.

Got some phones calls to make....

New Findings

I just found out how to add a couple new leads a week to my Buyers List today. The Success Academy is just what I needed to give me that lil boost, actually, that lotta boost. I am finding things out that I probably would have not have found out on my own.

Two properties....not enough money...oh My!

So the house closed and I have been searching for my next fix and flip. I made about 12 offers and got 1 accepted and 2 counters. I narrowed it down to two solid properties...however, I only have enough money for one. Each one should clear around 20K once complete and sold. So I need advise...Should I wholesale one of them and keep the other or try to find a partner for one of them....Thoughts?????

First RE Agent call

Just called my first Real Estate Agent. That was less nerve wracking and a lot easier than I thought. I'm not going with her (she was very difficult to understand and didn't seem too excited about working with an investor) but I gathered some pretty valuable information, nonetheless. My confidence levels are rising simply from making that first phone call.

Debating

I'm still debating on what to say when I go in on Wednesday to meet the owner and the broker that want to meet me and bring me on their Team. I could really use a Broker as well as the Owner of the Investment Group to assist me in building my Power Team. those Ghost Ads are good for something.

First, when I had posted those Ghost Ads I had to ask Coach how to do it, I had no idea, it worked! Although I had no property to offer, however, I did get a response. I'll see where it takes me. Since, they've called me back twice and set up an appointment to meet with me, I hope all goes well.
