TOOK A STEP AND I AM EXCITED

Thanks Dean . .& Mat. . watched your 1st webcast over and over, last night . . took notes. . word for word, got excited!!!

This morning - opened phone book - first RA - called- and word for word - got the number to their hottest Agent.

Just got off the phone with RA and its a go. After the word for word script - RA tried to warn me of how the market is and how realistic I need to be, in so many words. . . countered with "I'm just looking for a RA to work with, are you willing?" I was ready to hang-up.
Move on - RA replied "I'm the one you need - I can get it done for you."

Next - Filtering -I can do this- its the monies and buyers that I'll need the extra kick on.

Looking forward to the next confidence builders for us newbies.

I stepped out of the box today..Yes!

Ok, I did it...I am on my way. What did I do? Well, I was driving around and saw a bandit sign saying 'We Buy Houses'. Got home and without hesitating I called the number, all the while not a clue as to what to say.

So I winged it and the person answered name was 'Rob' and was very pleasant and turns out he started a few months ago so I was happy about that since I am new too.

I told him that I would like to know if he knew someone I could partner with to get my feet wet and we exchanged numbers and agreed to meet for lunch.

Btw, I am only halfway done reading Dean's book Profit from Real Estate Right Now.

So, I am on my way...yay!

Feeling the Crunch,

I'm back again. I have signed on with the PMI Success Academy, Hopefully everything goes well. So far not feeling it. I was two weeks into my Blueprint, had two agents that have sent me two different listings for my area that I had asked for and they both delivered exactly what I had asked for. "On track and some,"

I received a last time offer from the Success Academy to join. I did, now that I have joined, I finally get my business cards from my PO Box and am ready to head to the auction. Two blocks from my place of residence. I'm pumped now! I get to meet some of the big wigs now.

Been working all week

Well i have been putting in offers and finding new realtors. I still don't have a deal after 2 weeks 2-4 hours a day and it is just not happening. Some days I feel strong and others everything just goes wrong. But i won't give up until I at least pay the schooling off.
