Something Dean said

I was reading 30 days to real estate cash and in one of Deans videos, or in the book (I am not sure which) he said something about being overwhelmed. He said to keep moving forward and start taking action even if we are not sure what we are doing. (I think the book and the coaching is helping with that).

But he said stop thinking and start doing. This reminded me of a quote that I received from my daily inspirational.

Enjoy!

"Don't think. Thinking is the enemy of creativity. It's self-concious, and anything self-concious is lousy. You can't try to do things. You simply must do things."

Nervous

I've just put together a note that I'm going to put on Craig's List to try, no, to get some cash buyers in my bucket.
Question: Do I need to have a LLC right now to do business with Realtors & cash buying investors? I don't have the funds now to pay for that LLC.
I'm really nervous right now...

I just recieved a response email from an agent!

I'm a bit stoked that I got a response email back from a Remax realtor after posting all my criteria on Trulia.com. I wanted to see which agent on there would bite and sure enough I got one to respond. The agent sent me an email saying he has some listings put together for my area and asked me what is the top dollar I'm willing to invest? How do I go about answering that question? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Need to find buyers

Okay. I received "30 Days to Real Estate Cash" and am working with a real estate agent. I asked her to send me a list of properties that are As-is, vacant and at least one price reduction. Still waiting.
Meantime, I would like to get my buyers list together.
