It is hard for me to have hope. So, I say my morning prayers and start outloud reading my goal list. I can do all these things if I try. I still do not have anyone to teach me where to begin. However, I have been looking at hundreds of homes. foreclosures, Hud list,MLS, whatever I can. Building a team of professionals. Using my time to screen Real Estate agents. Presently looking for private money lenders.
do I need to be an LLC before I can borrow? I hope not. I am hoping to cash a real estate check within 30 days. Dean, please help me. Thank you. If you have bought your first home with Dean's training will you kindly call me, or pm. Every effort positive is a step forward. Love to all.

Buyer gives me their house
March 6th, 2012 | posted by NvstrI found a lease purchase buyer for my second property I picked up this year. I'll collect $5,000.00 down payment, $650.00 pro-rated rent for this month. I'll collect $1,300.00 for next months payment. All of this is cash in the bank since I did not use any money to pick up this property. My first payment is not until May. So $6,950.00 in my pocket before I have to pay out a dime. That is not the best part. My buyer is also giving me their house via a lease purchase. I am not paying them any money down. I'll be able to collect a down payment once I find a lease purchase buyer for their home. I will also collect positive cash flow for the next 5 years. Why can't the recession last another 10 years?
