Sorry for not posting
I had to take a couple of days off to get lure stuff done. It's another hump busting week, getting ready for a trip to Miami next Sat. Those darn bills keep coming and the RE money hasn't come in yet.

Does anyone know how to apply for government grant for real estate investing?

Does anyone have free website's were you can post rental units.

I'm doing my posting early because I have had a rough day and don't plan on being up late tonight. This is 12/8 part 2 because A) I got yesterday's date wrong and B) I didn't post it until after midnight so technically it was 12/8.

So far got one buyer out of the 41 letters I sent out. They are looking for SFHs & duplexes for $40k or less, cash on hand. It's a couple and each one has their own business and don't have time to look for deals themselves. Sounds quite promising.

Sent a letter to my former landlord as he has his own construction company that he uses to rehab old Victorian style houses and sell for a profit.

Video conferenced with another dg member last night for about 2 1/2 hrs. Lots of info exchanged, was very productive. Breathed some new life into my re pursuits.

Can't do any calls today as they're working on the roof and it reverbs throughout the whole apt.

Doing some more internet research, implementing some ideas from that call last night.

Took a couple of days off of blogging because I had not much to report

I spent the past 3 hours using my new camera and skyping with fellow DGer Mark K. We shared a number of ideas and hopefully will be helping each other move forward.

In the meantime, I also have been helping another DGer locally on a deal. At least my training is not going to waste. Once this is done, he can move on my lead from my REIA group.
I just figure that if someone does a deal using my information, I can feel a sense of accomplishment that I was instrumental in getting it done. That's a win win for me. Compensation? If I get some, that would be great. If I don't, that's okay too. I've learned something along the way.
