Hello DG Family I currently own 4 cash flowing properties in Indiana along with my personal residence which is owned free and clear. I would like to purchase a REO in Missouri to be near our new grandchild. I am cashed out as far as a down payment goes on the REO. Any ideas of how I might be able to lock up this property? Matts pricing formula/ 30 days to cash

I read the entire book 30 days to cash and when I got to the formula that Matt has described in your book I didn't quite understand it. Is there anyone out there that can help me understand this topic better?
