question on whether property management should be admitted for inspection

The gist is this. I live in a reo that went to foreclosure in oct. At first the real estate lady just tried to kick me out. She just essenttially lied to me. Offered money to leave quickly. Instead i sent for the book and am trying to learn how to buy it. They finally sent it over to property management. Only because i resisted them. The question and issue is this. They are hot to get in here do an inspection take pictures etc. I have not allowed this just offered to continue paying my rent on time. One do i have to let them in. And should i. Has anyone eer been through this before.

THE BEGINNING AGAIN!!!!!!

Maybe you are just like me at the "BEGINNING AGAIN!"
Have you done this to, have you invested money, spent time in classes, been to seminars, know all the vocab and don't have anything significant to show for it? Well, maybe you haven't as bad as I have, but that's where I am.
Something has to change and I have to start today. I was once told " Life's a cinch by the inch and Hard by the yard." So that's where I am going to start from the beginning again and take it inch by inch until I look back and have a yard behind ME! So if you are one of those people who have done and have known but have achieved just yet I challenge you to take Dean at his word and take that first inch!

Attended a webinar on short sales in today's environment
went through and deleted many older emails I put off dealing with.

Started thinking hard about my trip out West. Hopefully the weather will stay nice for me Smiling LOL

Using lawyers in wholesale/assignment deals

I'm interested in the wholesale and assignment aspect of real estate investing. Do I need a lawyer to close a wholesale deal or can I do a deal without one(trying to keep my expenses down)?
