I Dean. I've been reading ur blog for long I feel like I know u. Ur very sincere about me being a success. I've let myself & u down so far. I will do better. I want 2\become sucessfull because u make it seem so easy. I'm 63 yrs old & my oldest dau passed away in 2008 & I have her 4 children. The youngest is 7yrs. I've been so lost & unfocus. I had to get a pase maker last 10/17/10. Slow to snap back becaus of depression. Your blogs have kept me thinking I can do better & do more for my grand-dau. Thank you! Rose

Today is my new beginning. I just received two of Dean's books and finished "30 Days Real Estate Cash". I read it in a few hours and have done the excercises. I have been investing in Real Estate for over 20 years but sfter many years of success, I started to lose money when the market began to turn in 2008. It was a downward spiral and so I got out of investing for awhile. I could of avoided losing money if I had realized that markets can drop because in the previous 14 years it had only increased. The key is to always buy LOW..very low and then the odds are better that it will never happen. I figure for every mistake I make I'm one step closer to success. Even though I know most of these techniques, I needed something to give me a kick start. I love that we can share ideas here.

Spent most of the day reading RE ebooks and postings here.
Answered some emails and PMs.
Didn't get the Partnership agreement from the CO investor yet so that is at a standstill for now. He did tell me that it might not come until next week and he had no intention to let the grass grow under his feet.
Spent the rest of my time Plotting and Planning but not coming up with answers. There's always tomorrow

To say this past week has been a blur is an understatement. You'll see why I had to put RE on the back burner.
Sat & Sunday: It took approx. 45 hours to package my order. I did that over the course of just 2 days. (Do the math )Before making the 3 1/2 hour trip to Miami, I could only take a 1 hour 30 minute "nap". I finally returned home about 22 hours after I left. That's a 450 mile round trip on 90 minutes of sleep after only getting 3 hours of sleep in 48 hours! There was no time to nap while in Miami. Wired on caffeine, I finally fell asleep about 3 hours after getting home. That was Monday.

Any ideas on how to find the Reo agent for a home owned by bank of America vacant for two years but has a lock box on it.
