Well, I'm back...

Back from being a traveling plumber. Not for me...
And I have just relocated to Athol Idaho.(Northern)
Now I'm Back into REI with lots of time and energy in one of the most beautiful places on earth. I've been around the world and I really think its incredible here. The prices and opportunities in this part of the state are abundant as well. Now tomorrow I start with my buyers list. My goal for this next week is to have 5 good candidates for my Buyers Club.

Tax Overages

Hello. Does anyone here who is doing Tax Overages Know of any good websites for finding the owners of the money. I am looking for one that shows where the owners might be at now.

Day 56

Today I spent a fair amount of time jumping from Lure work to RE work and back and forth.
I did manage to order more Biz cards because I got a special email with a price I couldn't pass up.
I posted to a few journals and answered a bunch of PMs.
Responded to 2 agents about possible houses to look at.
Went to the REA meeting in PSL and got some very helpful info about doing short sales.

Drove home and came back online to answer some more PMs and post in more journals.

Calling it a night now. Till tomorrow...

Anybody succeeding w. Dean's, Matt's formula successfully in San Antonio

When you carrry out a realistate deal.If your just a matchmaker between a buyer and a seller.Are you supposed to check out the credentials of the people your dealing with as they are checking you out? You want to know more about the seller and buyer's reputation as they want to know about you.And even if contracts are wrote up,what if someone doesn't honor their part either buy not following through or not having the money? Can someone explain how people involved are accounted for?

My real estate agent has not been as available as I would like. So I am not getting the quick action that I had last week. Wondering if I should seek out another agent.

I attended my first REI club meeting last night. It was way cool....I learned so much from the speakers and networked a bit. I am more determined than ever to make this work now that I got to meet some folks locally who do this for a living!
