My goals as a real-estate investor(REI) are to:
-help as many people as possible to gain home ownership through the rent-to-own strategy, help people to discover non-conventional ways to finance their property purchases.
-help REInvestors(REIs)within DG's REIs extended family throughout the Americas to translate-review-edit their RE material (books, business-cards, advertisement, etc.)
-have an accountability buddy weekly meeting with 4 teams (one in each Canada, United-States, Central & South-America) so as to create helping groups for motivation, momentum & creativity purposes.

I received the following message from a DG member and since Cash Buyers are the foundation of your wholesaling business I would like to touch on this with my first blog post.

It is amazing the steps you are willing to take to help all of us, who are interested in wholesaling. Overwhelmed is definitely what I am feeling now. My goal is to make my first deal by mid June and I still want to aim for that goal. Sometimes I don't know if I am doing anything right.
I wanted to make sure that I understood correctly that the only names we need to be concerned about from the cash brought properties list are the peoples names whose addresses are different from the property they bought, correct?
I wanted to start this blog to help all of those wanting to make money in real estate with no cash and no credit.... AKA "wholesaling". Wholesaling is by far the best way to get started in real estate investing when you have no money to get started and well... your credit is feeling the weight of your debt.
If your like I was starting out you are working a job, living paycheck to paycheck and doing your best just to stay afloat of your financial situation. Let's face it you would not be here if you were not looking for a way to suppliment your income right?
The best thing about Wholesaling real estate is that you DO NOT need any of your own money to make money and you will NEVER have to use your own credit to make money. SOUNDS AWESOME RIGHT?

Hello Ive come to understand the concept of wholesaling. Ive gone through Deans material and Edge 2012 Replay.Ive planned out what I must do. I am starting off with my RE investment experience ........Now I have a question that im stuck on. Will wholesaling work well in my city?
I live in Houston, TX. The market here is getting very competitive. Bid wars have picked up. Houston property have been bought sometimes ABOVE asking price.Foreclosures have been drying up. The locals think there might be a bubble in the near future. I know I can still wholesale. But I just need tips!! Maybe from someone who is wholesaling in a similar market!
