i have been trying for the last 2yrs and nothing yet.got the rbbp and no luck with realtors just loss. now running out of time with the 30 days money back deal any help or advise

I have already gotten a great Real Estate agent sending me hundreds of properties every week. Problem is I'm not that experinced with getting investors on my team. I'm sure I can get good property leads if I can just secure an investor, someon who has experience with investors or even someone who wants to partner up and go over things we need to do to get a property sold. Any takers out there? I am up-built that I have done this well so far, but like many I am new to this business. My real etate agent thinks I'm a real go getter and has told me that I have excellent qualities, that make me stand out from other investors. maybe thats just a hype but one thing is for certain, I have all kinds of properties to look at everyday! i did not relize i put my personnel information on here if i offended anyone i`am sorry,, but i thought i was on carol stinson`s website,, when i did it, i was tring to get my information excepted to flip nationally,, for some reason it won`t take it, it says check your bulk mail but i don`t see it on my hotmail page, i just got so excited to help carol and myself in the process,,,

I am not finished reading Dean's book yet. I can't wait to get started. My husband and I have dabbled in real estate in the past. We have 4 rental units that we have held for about 10 years. That was the only concept we understood.....buy and rent. I'm ready for some other kinds of deals now.
