Stay focused. Stay motivated. Whatever you have to do. Stay away and ignore the naysayer. Remember your WHY. Nothing in life is free or fair. You have to take ACTION. Massive action. This starts one day at a time and it builds on every day. Don't be discouraged. Be courageous and strong. Stay plugged in. I am working on building my buyers list on a daily basis. The first thing I do. Have a great Sunday. I'm heading to the beach. God bless.

day 17
August 21st, 2011 | posted by AndySIf anyone is reading this, you will have read about my trials and tribulations regarding cleaning my office. Well I hope you're sitting down for this news.
Today I chose to approach my new biz as a business.
Taking Greg Murphy's suggestion from the call last night, I made every moment count today.
What I accomplished today (after dealing with my lure business):
I answered some emails and PMs.
I entered some thoughts within someone's journal
I CLEANED MY OFFICE (well... I cleaned half of it. But I'm finishing it tomorrow!)
Researched 2 properties I am going to look at tomorrow
I signed up for Google Voice, Recorded my voicemail greeting and set up my call forwarding instructions.
Entered my dailies in this blog.
All in all, it was a productive day

Overwhelmed
August 21st, 2011 | posted by lalongI am flooded with listings from my real estate agent and need to make some offers. I am a little nervous (OK, maybe a lot)about the numbers and submitting offers. I could sure use some more knowledge and wisdom! I intend to succeed in spite of all my hesitations though. Wish me luck! Better yet; pray for me!

Could someone else's greed be my OPPORTUNITY??? Possible 1st deal? Need Help!!
August 20th, 2011 | posted by Ms. R.E. MogulSo her I am creating my first blog documenting on my journey to taking action since purchasing the Rockbottom Blueprint. I took a drive thursday like I always do after work to see properties in the area. I usually stick to the main roads but I missed a turn I wanted to make. But because it was a huge highway, I felt that trying to make a u-turn might prove to be dangerous and risky, so I made a left down a street but there was a car behind me and so I turned into the entrance to a strip center. But the car followed me in there also. So I pulled off to the side and the car behind me went on their way and I turned around to head back out to where I came from. But I stood momentarily and ended up making a right turn down that road towards a residential neighborhood.
