Okay, I'll start off by saying that I didn't get to finish cleaning my office today. Anyone surprised? I did however have a productive day.

Today I:
Answered my PMs & emails

went to look at 2 properties that my agent gave me as possible good deals.

I finished setting up my Google Voice settings so that my cell now rings when GV is called.

I rewrote my cash buyer's letter and created a template to use that's area specific

I printed out the letters that need to be sent to my cash buyer's list

I designed and printed out Business cards using Greg Murphy's layout suggestion

I finally figured out how to correctly mail merge my cash buyers list and printed out the envelopes.

I listened to Dean's weekly blog and entered my comments
I entered my dailies in my blog.

Wow how exciting we have done our first deal the papers were signed august third of this month!! Life just doesn't get any better than this . We have another deal tied up. And this property has 4 houses 1 with 3500 square feet we have talked a man down who is in the process of a divorce 2 more than 80 percent below fair market value 5 bedrooms the other 3 houses are all around 1500 to 2000 square feet. the property is 21 acres all cleared with the river running along side it. there are so many good deals out there! I wish I had more time in a day!

I'm doing the quick cash in 30 days videos. I'm at at a halt with my cash buyers list. I've sent the letters and attached my business card. I've gotten no responses yet. It's been about a week. Can anyone help me.

Also anyone having problems with cash buyers list?

Still reading Dean's books and taking notes and watching his videos. Finally I'm kinda anal and want to be 'set up' to do deals before jumping in. Stuck on where to find "Discharge of Agreement" document. Anyone know where to find it?

I wanted to "say" this out loud. Iam constantly inspired each time that I visit this site.
I hope that everyone involved gets how encouraging it is to be able to use this site, Mr.G's books and blogs and ALL of the positive threads posted here in my quest to buy my freedom.
