I just talked to someone from the academy yesterday and he has given me some ideas to get started. I am very excited but also nervous. I am going to get an extra check in September so I plan on signing up with the academy then. But while I wait I am still reading and doing research about my town.

Well today proves that the things in my life that I have to do take so much time away from the things that I want to do.... RE. By the time I was done doing everything, it was 9 PM and I was first getting started on my RE work. That wouldn't sound so bad except my day started about 5 am because of another lousy night's sleep. I don't complain because this is the life I have chosen and the consequences of that choice.

Hi everybody, i am Newbie, to posting on Dean site, I just started BluePrint, and it's a WOW!!!I fill that this could really change my life and many other's that i am going to help with Dean's Help threw the program.

This is my first time posting here. So sorry I've waited this long! Can't believe its been about 18 months since I watched dean on tv and bought his book.
All I can say its given me back my spark in life to do something and I'm so glad I did!!! Its taken about 3 months to get my plan into action after rejections from banks, realtors you name it, but in the last 16 months I've been doing a deal a month or more.
Found a great realtor,found a great area were snow birds come to retire.The home's sell quickly
if its priced right,I just purchased my 18th home and it really seems like on my way to truly changing my life!! Thanks to all of you and thank you so much Dean!!!! I'll make you proud!!!

Well, hello everyone. I'm just sitting her going through the material after making some phone calls today to different Real Estate Agencies.

After doing this I came to a conclusion. These people are very hard to work with. Wow! Don't worry I'm not getting discouraged (I am going to do this and have a back up plan too, keep reading), I'm just going to do a little venting. Maybe someone else who is going through something similar will feel better after reading this and it will help them stay motivated. Never give up, you can do this!
