Finished watching the "closed door session" disk and disk 1 of the edge event.
The more I listened, the more I was plotting and planning how to but this info into action here.
(I seem to notice that I am spending more time going over my speeches and plans in my head. I believe this is a good thing )

So I purchased Dean's book 'How To Be a Real Estate Millionaire' back in 2009, glanced at it but did not read it. I believe Matt was the mentor that called me at the time to help me get started. I did not start. Then I purchased Dean's book 'Profit From Real Estate Right Now' in 2010. No, I did not get started again, even after Paul called me to help me move forward.

Sometimes I believe there are those who have to reach "rock-bottom" before they realize they need help. Well, that is me. I am a RN, getting my 1-3% yearly raise and totally sinking.

I am so proud of myself, because today I started and it feels great!

Working through first page . talked to real estate agent that said he can help. asked for list of cash buyers from last 90 days in my area. told him how to do it. Got email that he would like to talk some more. Allso have not recieved rest of package yet.

We have several hundred really cheap REO's for sale!

I sent out about 50 e-mails stating what I was looking for in a real estate agent.

I only received about 8 responses, and one was quite snide! I just laughed and moved on!

I have found two buyers agents in two states and was quite impressed with the agents I spoke with.

Finally! Now the fun begins!!

Remember, don't give up and contact the next one! It is all a numbers game!
