Just closed on my second house this week. Both my first and second properties I am hanging on to for rental income. The first will net about $375 per month cash flow and this second one should net around $400 per month. I had just enough cash to buy the first one and renovate it. A Fannie Mae purchase so have had to wait 90 days due to their deed restriction before I can finance it through a bank I found. Have tried to negotiate with Fannie Mae to remove these 90 day deed restrictions on my second and subsequent offers with no luck. Anybody have any advise on how to get Fannie Mae to budge on this issue?

Inspirational Thoughts on" Profit from Real Estate RIGHT NOW".
July 13th, 2011 | posted by moore200724Dean's book is incredible. I have read the first seven chapters, and I am HOOKED. This book is awesome, and it could be a help for all kinds of reasons. A lot of people have a personal problems that none of our words could even touch, like other people giving you their politically incorrect point of views on your dreams when they're not qualified to do so, but Dean's inspirational, self taught, non-judging words can. I will be finishing the book in a few hours, and after I finish it I am going to put a lot of things in to action to rebuild my life. IT'S GO Time for Change because what I was doing does not work for me.
Thank you Dean for giving all of us on DG.com the inspiration to achieve our goals. YOU ROCK.

Getting over my first obstacle
July 12th, 2011 | posted by dsuttonhey DG family<
I have run into my 1st (small) road black, with all the information that I am recieving it's a little difficult to get organized.. (Which organization up until this point had been one of my strengths) so i thought!
With reseaching some information on a few properties, I have come to realize that some of this information may not be acurate here in Phila., regarding the city website information.
I have found information such as, sq. ft of the property, current market value, sales price and the date of sale, tax info etc.
