Yahoo! Made an offer on another house and after a little negotiation, my final offer was accepted and will be closing on house the end of July. Have already negotiated the sale to one of my buyers for a $2500 fee.

I talk to two bank assistant manager both told me when I am ready they will get me in touch with they represented in charge with REO’s!!!!!!!!

NOW WHAT DO I DO???????

I need information with REO in how to:

Talk to bank REO department

Make a contract

What kind of contract

I need to be able to WOW them!!!!!!!!!
I will learn how to WOW them !!!! Now how!!!!!!

I will find the Buyers I know there is plenty here!!!! I can feel it!!!!!
Miami is HOT do not know from where but they all come here (people)???????

How do you stop the frustration? I did a lot before starting training, I got an EIN number from the IRS, since I couldnt afford a corporation I was only able to create a ficticious name. I made flyers, business cards and pamphlets for car windshields. I got a PO Box and email accounts. I also set up a business phone at my home.

regaurding your blog for the ipad.

I've just got my Debt to income ratio together, and finally got pre appoved . I'm lookin to buy a investment property,maybe a good deal on a foreclosure, or something at a good deal that i can maybe put a lil money into and resell when the market goes back up .I,m gonna be using my VA loan .My mind is made up and thats what i'm gonna do, but I'm just curious why would a realtor try and push you to buy a new home. She send me listings daily of what seems like some good deals ,but whenever I request more information about the property she mentions the idea of a new home, Or she has a Builder Rep give me a call . I know new homes have warranties and other advantages ,but im a young single guy looking to make some money . Any suggestions ?
