Just my opinion, I received a message from the State Department of Ecommerce one day after putting fyer's out at the MOA here in Minneapois, MN.
(Mall Of America). I had my business name on my flyer's and he called my google voice number that was on the flyer.

EVERYBODY USE GOOGLE VOICE, or MAGICJACK if you're just starting out.

Well, anywho, the man asked me, if I had a business by that name. I said to him that I was in the process of starting a REI business, and what could I do for you, I asked. He told me that he couldn't speak to me unless I read a disclaimer that he wanted to email me. I gave him my email address, but not intentionally, I gave him the wrong one. I called back the next day and asked again."What is this pertaining to?

Is anyone besides myself working with an Agent that will only put out offers with a $1,000 Earnest Money Check along with a 10% down on every offer?

In our 1 year Contract she put a 2.5% Commission for me to pay her, also in another 3.5% in another offer.

Is my Agent trying to pull the wool over my eyes? I sure feel that way.

I have never worked with an Agent that won't use 1 (one) Template and fill in the information that is needed for each deal.

Am I missing something here? Or Is it that she sences that I am novice to this whole REA stuff?

I also have an out of state owner that is desperate to sell. His renters moved out and he is going on five months behind as of the 16th of next month and just wants out with nothing to do with the property.

His agents contract ran out and he wants me to take over the property. I'm not quite sure how this Subject To works, but tomorrow I'm gonna try, even if I fail at least I can say I tried a Subject To. I'm sending and signing the contract in the morning on it.

We both looked at it on Zillow and he agreed to work with me and get the deal done. I've called a Realtor company, spoke with the receptionist, got five agents number that work with investors, and will screen them in the morning. That's all I know how to do for now.

A lot has been going on lately. Life got in the way and I have to take that obstacle and overcome it and continue keeping on. Well, that's enough for now. I'll post again soon I hope.

I don't know if I should post anymore of my blogs in fear of them being deleted. I have seen more negative posts on this site, not to metion one that received more attention than one could imagine. "LAST WEEK"

Again, not to mention that one to my right in the Active Forum Topic right NOW! It is something about a fasion louis vuitton bag. NOW! That should be deleted, NOT! my Suggestions on how to prosper at you own pace messege scripture fron the Good Book.

I gave a word of encouragement for some DGers to have Faith and not to worry if they couldn't afford the IE Program. In time it will happen. I posted a scripture from The Good Book. Is Christian Literature not allowed?
