hey, there are many places you can look to find investors willing to buy your finds. you can look in your local classifieds ads for "we buy houses" ads as well as on craigslist, kijiji, or lycos. you can go to http://**** which is a free website that lists investors in your area. they list contact information and you can call them and find out what they are looking for and what they will pay for properties you find. also if you have an investors club in your area it would be a good idea to go and introduce yourself and get to know those people. good luck!
