I know I'm not the only 1 here! I was hoping to find that there where more of us here then I had originally thought. At this point, I'm looking sadly mistaken.
Don't leave me alone! Haha.
Seriously tho, all jokes aside, I know there are quite a few of us here. Networking is extremely important! Meeting other REI's from our local area, could become a vastly invaluable asset.
Why not add weapons to our arsenal? Knowledge is power! At worst, we can bounce ideas and discuss local market conditions.
I hope to see this group growing in the near future and look forward to speaking w/ fellow New Englander's!
Thanks and good luck all!

Hello folks. Just thought I'de chime in and see who's in the seacoast area. I live in Somersworth. Would like to network and learn from each other. Reading the books and scanning the site. Good stuff. Money is tight so will have to assign or flip. Whats working in NH for you???

Hey Everyone,
I just found this group. Looks like a lot of posts are kinda old. We're in Salem, NH. Lots of stuff to buy but having trouble with a buyers' list. I did meet a couple of people at a foreclosure auction. I'm looking for REI club right now and wouldlove to network with other local DG members.
Mike Hutchins....have you been successful yet???
Say Hello

Hi from VT
Im in central Vt and have been fallowing Dean for about 1.5 years. I have the RBBP all of his books, and I'm in the Insiders Elite. Nomatter what I did I couldn't make it happen, then about 3 weeks ago my wife 0f 20 years took an overdose. She is ok now and doing good. The stress from our poor finances and her high stress job just got to be too mutch. There was a moment when I was holding her and she stoped breathing that I new something had to change. And now I have 2 buyers, and a deal I am working on that is looking vary good. And now, next stop, the top. I will never be that low again.
