Hey Dean I noticed you said sign sale of agreement as "and/or assignee", not "and/or asigns". Is there a dif, and is one better to use than the other?

I ordered your book Be A Real Estate Millionaire & Think alittle differently set.I almost done reading your book, and I got to tell you,you brought me that light of hope and confidance in a time were darkness & worry could have been hanging over me. Especially
now when I just lost my job. I'm so confident in your strategy that I'm dedicating all my effort to follow your guildance,I guess as you could say it's "Magic" because the 80% is there.I offen go to study your book in Manhattan, the city inspires me. I too have the love of my life,which is my daughter, she lives with her mother and I know I will surprise her with her first house. Well got to go,you know seeds alone wont bring out great "Tomatoes".

Hi dean i'm new i was up late one nite praying for a way out of my situation.I turn on my tv and i saw your infomercial.I listen to you and after i said i'm giong to go for it.I felt like the lord was talking to me.I was sceptical and you mentioned this to, about you no there are people that my fell like this.I'm stretching out on faith and believing god going to work this out for my good.I've been reading the blog and i see your are in this to really help people like me.I lost my job in June and it's really hard my husband is the only one working right now and we don't no anything about real estate.We like to no is there any way we can sell our home and find another one while the rates are low.also my sister lost here house and it's in the foreclosure process is there something i can do with that,they have already move out.

Dean you make it sound so easy! My question to you is do I need a real estate agent to lock up a deal on contrct? or can I do it myself without one?
