I'm looking for a real estate investment partner in Phoenix

I am a successful real estate investor in Arkansas. In have a successful program I use which requires little or no money down to pick up properties. I would like to impliment the same program in the Phoenix area. I used to live in Mesa and I love it there. I need someone who is honest and willing to work hard. You do not have to be a successful investor. I'm looking for someone willing to take instructions and is willing to bust their butts to contact as many people as possible to make as many offers as possible. Hello,
I moved here 7 months ago. Presently I am working with a real estate agent from Scottsdale and making offers to complete the assignment of contract deals. We are still in process, building my buyers/investors list, driving around and looking for boarded up homes, etc.
