I been reading and learning for a while. Im more than ready to start doing, i'm working on my buyers list and seeing some great deals in my area. I live about 5 minutes from both NJ and PA. Here's what I've done so far: found a real estate agent, create flyer, I have several investors waiting for me to find them property, I also created a business phone line, and I'm. Also doing research on a few houses but things still feel like I'm not moving... so can anyone help me please....

My name is Joseph and I just turned 19. I want to secure my future and build a lifetime of wealth. I have read deans books and have taken some of the steps he speaks of. I have a few cash buyers on my list. I also have motivated properties sent daily to me by various realtors. Would any one here consider being my guide? Some one who is experienced and wants to help others. I feel I am so close to my first deal but there are a few things in my way. Also any cash investors want exchange information for possible future deals? The more people we meet the better chance we are successfull.

I will post more about it, but I'm currently seeking invesment help on an excellent property in Pound Ridge NY. This house is in "move in" condition and the bank will take around 375 for it but it's worth alot more then that. My plan was to rent it out at first, then sell it for a nice profit.
If any investors are interested, I have the listing and more info on it. I've gone to the property myself and have inspected it with a builder friend of mine. Everything is good to go except for a few minor repairs and a little clean up.

So…

Saw Dean's infomercial on Comcast Sportsnet a while ago, and got my hands on two of his books.

I am a third of the way through "Profit From Real Estate Right Now!", and following the action steps, posted I was looking for investment opportunities in areas I am interested in.

So, then this happened… I actually got what appears to be an attractive opportunity. someone contacted me with the offer of two properties at a very low cost.

Anyone want to help me process this out?Obviously, I don't have near the experience to navigate this successfully yet.

If I could partner with someone who knows what they are doing, I'd be willing to sacrifice income from whatever deal can be worked for the experience I'd gain.
