Hello Tracy, i am also new here and I am looking to see about finding some advice or help on how to get started off on the right foot.

Have you read any of Deans books? Because that is definitely the first step. The second, this site. The third.. well, I have found it best to remain an active participant in the site. It truly helps. I have been taking things step by step and I receive so much encouragement from the DG family. I havent made any deals yet but with the support and knowledge here. I am bound to get one started soon! You will be too. just dont give up!!!

Yaull be sure to keep an EYE on deans web sight this week. He plans on telling us how to build a buyers list. I have advertised on Craigs list and had some luck there. Found two buyers, but make sure you ask them allot of questions cause some may just be messing with you.

I dont know if you guys have your email registered to receive the info from Dean Grasizi but you should make sure you do. This week he gave us the Mini book a 3 part slash course on how to profit from real estate. If you dont have this super valuable information PM me and I will be happy to send them to you.....you have got to have this is like having the step by step on how to go about doing this.......but like Dean says you have to take action.....if anyone wants to share what is working for them post it as soon as you can!!!!

Can`t begin to tell you how encouraging it is for me to read all the positives from all of you. It`s just nice to know that if I keep coming back I`m bound to get motivated enough to get over my fears and take action...thanks to all of you for your input. It really helps.

Hey everyone..I am newer than newbie. I've read Deans' book "Profit From Real Estate Right Now", and I have talked with my sister (who was studying for her R.E. lisence)..We live in NC and she loaned her R.E. study books,"NC Real Estate License Law and Commission Rules" was the first one that I opened, and it states in Chapter 93A of the General Statutes of NC-It is unlawful for any person to conduct R.E. transactions in any way, other than a Broker or R.E. Agent..There is a lot more to the chapter but that is the long and short of it...I really want and need to do this..I am 7 months unemployed,my wife may be looking at a layoff and we could possibly lose the house (not behind in any payments yet)...Although, I don't want to start this and end up in any legal trouble..Does anyone have any advice for me??????..Also, if someone from this state,(NC), cam PM me who is successful with Deans' program, I would greatly appreciate to hear from you

I've read many comments and I share the frustrations of getting started in Real Estate Investing. Seems there are a lot of would-be investors liked to providing MORE training and education rather than helping new investors. I'm still trying. If anyone has information on TRUE money backers(not loans,etc.) for BirdDog's/Flips I would be grateful for any help.

Hello All! I've been with the DG Family for over four years now, and I have not accomplished one thing!! Just to clarify - it has NOTHING to do with DEAN and his team it is all my fault because I did not TAKE ACTION and following his blueprint! Well....I am here and back again and I encourage everyone one of you to follow exactly what he says and ASK QUESTIONS! This site is very helpful and encouraging. Don't quit, give, up or stop just because yourself or someone else tells you it don't work. That is a LIE!!
