Great video. I spent almost 5 years there when I was in the Marine Corps. I still have a buddy down there that I have talked to about helping invest there. He has this thing about raw land and I can't get him to think otherwise. I also have a wholesale company close by that send me stuff in Jax once in a while. Are you all doing more in the Emerald Island area or in Jax?
