THANKS Donna! I do think we need to promote ourselves more and be ready to put our business cards everywhere. I need to find me some corkboards to put them on as well as put up the ads Jay has mentioned on them. Love hearing how once you started getting what you were doing out there, deals and money started coming your way. Good stuff!

Hi Donna.

The takeaway from you video bolg
-- Leave your card whereever you go.
-- Keep doing it and it will happen.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

My biggest challenge todate to putting in offers.
If I keep at it I will nail it down.

Regards,
Bimal

For me Donna

It was mindset and being such a stickler for the law.

And this is important because it goes hand in hand with promoting the business of being a real estate investor and the services we provide.

As Bimal mentioned one has to just keep doing it.

Great job, Donna!

Hi Donna, thank you for sharing! We didn't share anything about our business except for our church family when we started. We needed prayer and we built this business on faith. I now share with everyone about our business. It was hard for us to share with others until we had more confidence in ourselves and closing the first deal. After that it was a piece of cake, I could share with anyone.

I put my business cards everywhere too!!!

We buy houses

At the bank, or anywhere I put them on a counter . I even put them in bathroom stalls when they have the ads container on the door.
anywhere there are people!!! Good Luck.

Closing that first deal

Donna,
Thank you for the advice on promoting our business, that's some great material.
I am fairly new to the industry and working on getting and closing that first deal using wholesaling techniques. I haven't talked about my business yet cause I don't have that confidence I will have after closing that first deal. The hardest part for me is staying confident and positive in understanding how I am going to find those great deals that no one else can. Any advice on how to get the thought 'we'll if I can do it, cant anyone do this, so why would people choose me' out of my head? Thank you

Kevin
