i am a newbie and have seen and heard more than plenty of thoughts and comments and examples of ways and deals one can do to get started. there seems to be one common link to them all which is having some sort of business structure defined and operating that facilitates obtaining financing for a first deal. how does one who has ZERO money, no formal business structure and bad credit obtain any financing to do a first deal and/or set up a business that i can use to get over the "first deal" hump? can someone please point me in the right direction? i seem to be just running in circles and going nowhere fast!

It is a confusing site which promises lots but info and advice seem hard to obtain............without buying into the "course". Seems the only true way to get ahead is to "bird dog " for others to make the real $ in hopes of you too gaining the funds...........assuming of course you don`t have to actually live on such funds and you can just put them away. Good luck with that.

then network with someone to make that deal happen.All the knowledge to make this happen is right here on this site for free.the courses would make it happen more clear and possibly cut through alot of hard knox learning but you can make it happen by just being on this site.the only promise on this site is the promise of results if you study the knowledge on here and take action with that knowledge.!!!! and dont forget to add the determination and persistance!!
