Thank you for the encouragment, it is very much appreciated and needed at times. Even though I am excited, I still get quite nervous and unsure of myself. I can't afford to make any mistakes, so I am going at this cautiously. However, I intend to master all of this somehow and become a full-time investor. I'm Scott. I live in Texas, but will be spending some time in Tucson very soon, a month or longer. I would like to take advantage of that and meet with a REI group while there or at the least maybe an unofficial gathering of a few of us. We could compare notes, dicuss ideas, or just get to know each other a little. I am trying to surround myself with like minded individuals, positive poeple looking towards thier future in RE.
