Hi, I am just now getting started with Dean's book and am already pretty excited. However, I am also quite anxious about this entire thing. Like many, I have no money, bad credit and basically starting all over at the age of 43. I keep telling myself that I "literally" have nothing to lose so there is no reason to fear. Just trying to still figure all of this stuff out. Any encouragement would be appreciated. Thanks

I really appreciate you taking the time to give encouragement to me, and those of us struggling to get started. I will one day get there, but not soon enough for me. I feel I have studied so much, that all of that information is just swimming around in my head and it doesn't all make sense yet. I trust that one day (hopefully soon) it will all start to come together.
