My name is Mark Walker, acquisition manager for Castlefield Development, LLC. We’re a Real Estate Investment firm. I found a great deal in Virginia. Zillow says it is worth $335k. A rehabber was working on this house and ran out of money before it was completed. 30k to finish will get you a 4000 sqft home on 7 secluded acres within 10 minutes of two universities.

Hello. I'm a noivce investor looking to secure my first inv property in DC/Mont.Co/PG Co.
Since I have minimal funds and cant credit qualify, I assume my options are an assumption, or subject to existing financing or other seller financing. I am not to picky about the property (fixer upper is ok)not a major rehab.I want to buy and hold or try a wholesale deal as well. I'd appreciate any help and will pay birddog fee if needed to find my first property.Please help me reach my goal . Thanks.
