I just ordered your books on the 13th and I am very excited about everything. I would like to find out if you are going to be having any classes in my area(Missouri)anytime soon, I would love to come to as mamy as possible.

I think that it's great to go so far as to help some with the $ onset of investing. I myself am still running into life challenges that prevent me from approaching the right deals,right now, but I'm not a quitter and hope to make my first deal by the first of the year if not before.

Dear Dean:

I desperately need a deal where I can make some money quickly (at least $5,000). I was an Industrial Equipment Sales Engineer for many years here in Buffalo, NY. This is an economically though area to quickly succeed at a new career in Real Estate Investing.

My wife and I have enough money to pay the bills until mid January 2011, then we're in big trouble. I'm an educated, experienced business man and can't believe that I'm in this situation. Savings, and checking are gone, and nearly all of our IRA. I'd gladly go to any or all of the Cities you mentioned in your video if I can make some money.

One of my greatest challenges has been locating financing for the properties I'd like to invest in. I'm comfortable with the majority of all other aspects of real estate investing, except finding adequate financing. So, it was exciting to hear you will be an option for financing in the near future. Couldn't be a better time for ideas delivered from the DG Family brainstorm sucession. I had commented on what banks are doing in California. You are tully a distingtive pioneer of problem solving. You and our amazing brain storming committe are doing this in consideration to help others of the DG family investors by assisting our efforts to succeed is unpresidented.

I just sent in my first 13 offers. Trying to find my first deal. Like a baby making that first step. after that a progression of more steps and later a hop ,a skip and maybe a jump.

From what I observe about you, that separate you from others Dean, is you really care and are very humble. You keep your mind open to new things, even if from your students. I have been in your academy 2 months now, I'm not the fastest but I'm progressing, learning to do things, I haven't done before, or thought I could.

Your coaches, advisors are definitely extroardinary caliber with patience and they will let you know if you are thinking to much , to just put to work what you learn. And they are training every week to stay in fine tune to student needs. I feel the valuable content that enhances the strenght with one's inner self to think and do different from the norm.

Sounds great I wouldn't mind somehelp from the masters. I have worked fo the State of Arizona for 13 years and right at the moment I am out on disability. I am going to a spine clinic on the 8th of Dec and will have a lot of time on my hands. Any help I can get would be grat. I am afraid to make that first step because of a wife that just thinks this is a scam. Any way to show her that this would work would be great. I don't want to go back to work for the state and I know I can do ths from home or on the road. There are no limits on what I can do. I just need the engine of this locomotive to get going. I hope you all have a blesed Thanksgiving.

It would be great to have access to private money or banks to help speed up the financing of our deals and ready access to cashflow properties that your DG students can invest in.
