Gotta get started now. I live in Kansas City KS. It's 30 degrees outside right now and 59.5 degrees inside my trailer.. ahem mobile home. Had thanksgiving with my family last night. Real thanksgiving evening I'm spending with you! LOL! If the website counts.... Saw how you flew to Kansas City to find deals. I have been procrastinating and negative thinking for a whole year now. I bought the set for life but haven't used it. I'll call tomorrow. I want to be at one of these think tank meetings next November 2011. I want to be sitting in one of those chairs. Thank you for your continued positivity Mr Graziosi.

I Can Hardly Wait!
The think tank's and Dean's ideas are complicated, and I know we're all busy with the holidays, but I'm so excited, I can hardly wait to see what the team comes up with. I think it's great when people help one another.
I read of one program wherein a $1000 finders fee was paid, the investor bought the property and rehabed it, and then the property was resold and profits were shared. I'm not sure if this is what Dean and his team have in mind, or not, but I'm sure we're all anxiously awaiting. The demand will be great; I'm sure of it.

Buying Properties in other cities
Hello Dean,
I listened to your blog on purchasing properties in other cities that are below market value. A gentleman wants to sell us his house he is currently renting next to our church. He needs the income because his wife lost her job and he needs to replace her income. Our church currently owns three rental houses in the area, one is paid for in full and another one in 2011 will be paid for. The house is located right next door to our church and would be perfect for our ministry and the gentleman really wants us to purchase it from him. I need your advice in helping me and my church purchase this property please let me know what I should do to get the property from the gentleman and blessing our community.

Cash Flow Rentals
Dean; This is exactly what I've been looking for. I want as many cash flow rentals as I can get loans for. I have more people in my area wanting to rent a house- not an apartment than I could provide. I'm ready to provide as many as I can get my hands on. As long as can rent for $200 more than monthly mortgage owed I will do as many as can get. Thanks. Layman
