I had thought about investing in Real Estate but I really know nothing about it. I come from a blue collar hard working lower middle class family who never saw the need for higher education, or buying Real Estate as an investnment, esspecially in this economy.
Well...even though they probably meant well, they too are struggling financially, so no offense to Mom or Dad, but they are not the ones I need to be taking financial advice from. I heard about this guy ( Dean Graziosi ) and saw one of his late night night info-mercials. So I decided to believe in Dean enough to purchase one of his books. I'd rather do it that way because I have never done well in a class room setting. ( Comprehension has always been a problem for me.) So this way, I can review what I read, and continue combing over it enough until it leaves a dent. Although I believe very much in what Frank Loyd Wright was quoted for saying:" You learn by doing, not by reading."
But it is nice to have your journey mapped out before you take that Quantum leap
so you atleast have an idea of where you are going and how your going to get there.
