Thanks for doing the blogs every week; they really help me out. I'm interested in wholesaling because I don't have a lot of money to start buying properties or rehabbing them. I would like to make some quick cash right away.

Because of dean, I made my first deal 10K in assignment of contract, after having struggled for a long time. I wanna do it over and over again. So, let us know more about this strategy.

At the same time, I am also into the buying cheaper and selling cheap thing.

we start our Seminar tomorrow and are dreaming of a better life and eager to get going I guess Wholesale would be our first choice but we are looking forward to using all techniques to take advantage of all they have to offer. We hope we can get the IPad, it will come very handy! We have hit bottom so now the only way is UP!!!

i'm insterested in buy low , fix and flip ...

I am currently am buying a fixer and fixing. Then renting out until market changes. Then will sell my least desirable property.

The question is what interests me and not what's realistic for me right? What interests me would be to buy, fix, flip. I don't have means to do that so realistically it's not realistic but it is interesting

Buy, fix, rent sell does NOT interest me in the least. Having been a home owner of an older house I know there are many potential obstacles that can happen and it takes time and cash to make repairs and to maintain a property, add tenants to the mix and it really starts to get complicated.

I've been in sales most of my life in one way of another so wholesale is the most plausible but I'm not exactly "interested" in it, but I sure would like to be. I sound so negative don't I? I'm usually a very upbeat person and I've always prided myself on looking in front and not behind and staying positive. But now not so much. I's been a very hard few years and I've sorta flat lined.

So ultimately what I'm interested in is to be "dazzled", "triggered", "struck" by something to start the fire again. So I'll do my best to watch the videos over the next 2 weeks and maybe just maybe I will see what is in front of me again.

I am looking for a real estate method that would allow me to just make a quick fee somehow that can be rinsed and repeated. I still find most real estate methods to purchase or buy/sell intimidating. If I had to pick one of the three you talked about--It would be wholesaling--but I am not currently interested in this method either. It would be great to feel as comfortable as you do Dean to jump in and deal with all the complicated legal stuff--but I am just not even close. Take Care & keep up the great work you do!

Of the three options you talked about I would pick Wholesaleing--but, I would still rather just make a quick bird-dog fee somehow and move on since I am still intimidated by the whole legal buying and selling process. I wish real estate concepts were second nature to me as they are with you. Anyway, I appreciate all you do to try to teach people like me; please keep up the great work!

I like fixing things so the fix and flip interests me most but I need quick cash to get started so I guess wholesaling sounds like it would be a better starter.

I'm definitely interested in wholesaling. I'm brand new at this and this seems to be the most straight forward way.

I'm interested in buying low and renting for positive cash flow.

All three, in the long run.

But in the immediate future, I'm most interested in (and involved in) wholesaling.

definitely choose wholesale, best fit for me.

I would preferably like to be able to buy fix and rent it, to create a cash-flow and then later on sell it as my first option, my second option would be buying fix and sell and the third one that I would prefer would be wholesale however this last one is probably the only one I can do at the moment since I do not have any money as I am a full time student, so wholesale would get me in the path

I like the wholesaling idea the best. I also like to buy really low in retail and keeping for a few years and then selling.

I like to own, rent, restore, and flip properties..I just wish I had the time and money to quit working two jobs and enjoy real estate full time...that would not be a job to me..Kathy
