Monday Morning Motivation.

Thanks for another great blog Dean. I've noticed that sometimes the blogs post on Sunday night's...others on Monday mornings and recently about a blog or two ago somewhere in the middle of the week. I think keeping it Weekly would be a good idea. I tend to come back throughout the week no matter when these are posted and with all your wisdom that you share with us each week would make it "Weekly Wisdom." Also W.W. is broad enough to cover just about any topic.

How about the monday energizer? Looking for a partner in maryland dc area.

first of all i want to thank Dean for his great weekly blogs i enjoy watching every minute of it.I want to be also a part of this great opportunity which is going on in the US but the problem for me is i am in Switzerland and cannot act on it. So i am looking for a partner who is in the States who can help me find me cheap Properties and help me also get started, to know also the laws and how to invest as a foreigner. I would appreciate it very much any information or help.I am really committed to do this so please help me!!!

I read through some of these comments. I really liked Weekly Wisdom and Obsessed for Success. I couldn't think of anything so I went with what other people put. Perhaps I'll think of something later. By the way, I did like the advice Dean.

Dean,What you talked about is so true. I recently did my first deal, it was an assignment, I made $10,000 on the first one. The main reason was I connected with someone on this site (DG.COM) I saw that he lived in the same city ,so we started talking, long story shorter, I found a deal, passed it on to him.He is a rehabber Im not. Thats another reason I always put my city under my name, in case someone is from my area , they will know Im from there also. So what you said is very true.The guy I passed it onto will make around $40,000 , so everyone is Happy !!

Hi Dean and Dgers how about a realestate ralley on Monday's no I don't have anyone on team sort of lost motavation my wife left me last week after 20years.

I look forward to hearig from you every Monday. It has become the highlight of my week. "Present time consciousness" is my term for living in the present! When I was going through a divorce and needed to work with a person my husband was having an affair with these words were in front of me every day. It reminded me to focus every moment on what was important to me, how to respond, and prioritize work leaving the negative outside. Try it and see what it can do for you!
There are a lot of good suggestions for the new blog name here...Dean's "Monday's Mindset" is in alignment with Success Stories about needing to change our mindset to succeed. And Dean's blog of wisdom, motivation, etc. does this each Monday morning giving us energy for the week and inserting a slight shift to our mindset to guide us on the correct road for our success!

I have not taken action in real estate yet, because I have too many people depending on my income from week to week. I have not been able to justify taking a chance with what little I have. However, I look forward to hearing from you every week. Your encouragement has become a RAY OF LIGHT in my life. I have a strong feeling that I will be able to put all your good advice into action in the very near future.

hahaha...That's how it seems to me each week. An explosion of energy and enthusiasm before I even get through my first cup of coffee.

And when I get into an Eeyore mood and begin to feel overwhelmed, returning to these blogs gets me right back on track.

Hey Dean,
Changing your weekly blog name just might be a big mistake, because the search engines already have index this blog.

If you Rename your weekly blog, the search engines will have to index your blog all over again.

I would talk to your internet marketing guru friends before you change your blog name.

Having a website & blog with the same url is Hugh with the search engines.

Hi Dean, I think Motivation Monday would be a good name for the weekly blog, also your right you need a partner whether it be a souse, friend or your agent you need someone, doing it yourself is near impossible

Dean, I'm glad you could remind me to live and act in the present rather than the past or future. I tend to plan things way too far in advance, but working in the present is much more beneficial. I am currently working on finding a real estate agent to work with me. We'll see what I can get done today!
