You are so right. I just never have the time to sit at the computer for too long. Life have been so hard lately.

I didn't tell anyone about my goals or that I am even reading your book. I'd rather keep it to myself so I don't have to hear negativity from anyone. Also I don't want anyone to point a finger in my face when I fail, not that I will. Just don't want any negative vive around me the push me down.

I love the "Money Mondays" and the "Monday Morning Motivator" names. We just started listening today...(for shame, for shame)! But to redeem ourselves we started from Jan. 2011(we joined may 2011) to current date and took plenty of notes. Learned alot I must add! I'm in love with the partner idea, because not only can we motivate one another like Dean does the family, we can all make things happen as well!! Any DG Florida family members interested, please feel free to contact us(Adam & Lydia). We both work from home and have plenty of time!!!

I know that if I had a lot of money to do deals with, for example 32 deals and were able to pay
for a $25,000 tidbit of wisdom without a hardship to my budget I would be the most enthusiastic and energetic person too!!

I'm not whining, just the truth.
The rest of us struggling to put food on the table and pay our mortgage don't have much to be energetically positive about because that is what we are focusing all our energy on.

Not being negative but come on, you need cash to do deals these days.

Boy your not kidding! Unfortunately, I am surrounded with nay sayers. Every time my husband walks by my office and hears one of Dean's blogs or see's me taking an online class, he tells me what an idiot I am to think there is any money in Real Estate and that I am just wasting my time and money. It gets old.

I love what Bamagirl6730 said "We have to protect our minds and protect our time! Junk in, junk out! Limiting our exposure to negative, 'stinken thinken' and time wasters."

It reminds me to keep coming back here for encouragement and to associate with like minded people. It puts the wind back in my sail.
